Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Benja’s Tracker (“the app”, “we”) collects and how it is used. The app is a Discord bot run by a private individual for a Discord community. It has two parts: the bot inside Discord, and a small web page you are sent to after you connect your Roblox account through Roblox’s official login screen.

What we collect

• Roblox account information: your Roblox user ID and username. These are added to the player list by a community admin, and confirmed when you connect your account.
• Badge award data: for each badge the community tracks, whether you earned it and the date and time you earned it.
• Connection tokens: if you connect your account, the access and refresh tokens Roblox gives the app. They let the app read your inventory until you disconnect.
• Your Discord user ID, only when you connect your account, so the app knows which Discord user started the connection and can remove it when that user runs /unlink.

What we do not collect

• We do not read or store the rest of your inventory. The app asks Roblox only for the specific badges on the tracked list.
• We do not collect your password, email address, real name, payment details, or messages.
• The app cannot change anything on your Roblox account.

How we use it

Only to run badge rankings for the community: showing who earned each badge and in what order, ranking event completions, and announcing new awards in a Discord channel. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

Who can see it

Your Roblox username and the times you earned tracked badges are shown to members of the Discord server where the bot runs (for example in rankings and announcements). Connection tokens are never shown to anyone and are used only by the app to talk to Roblox.

Where it is stored and for how long

Data is stored in a database on the computer or server that runs the bot, which is operated by the app owner. Data is kept while you are on the player list. Connection tokens are kept until you run /unlink, the connection stops working, or you are removed from the player list. Tracked badge data is deleted when you are removed from the player list or when the event it belongs to is deleted.

Your choices

• Disconnect: run /unlink in Discord. This revokes the app’s access at Roblox and deletes the saved tokens.
• Revoke access yourself: remove the app from your Roblox account settings.
• Delete your data: ask us (contact below) and we will remove you from the player list, which deletes your stored badge data and tokens.

Age requirement

Connecting your Roblox account through this app requires a Roblox account that is 13 or older, as required by Roblox. We do not knowingly collect connection data from anyone younger.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above. If a change affects what the app does with your data, we will tell the Discord community.
